PACKAGING REDESIGN: MAKING HEALTHY OPTION VISIBLE
Emaku began as a producer and distributor of spices and ingredients for various food and beverage businesses in Indonesia. Claudia Sastra, the founder, noticed that many consumers still had limited access to healthy ingredients. This insight inspired her to expand Emaku’s product line to focus on organic and healthy food ingredients.
To support this shift, the brand needed a clear communication strategy to highlight the benefits of each product and build stronger brand awareness—ultimately driving sales
As Emaku looked to strengthen its branding and stand out in a competitive market, it became essential to highlight the brand’s core purpose: making nutritious cooking easy and accessible for everyone.
The goal is to position Emaku as a supportive ally for people striving to eat better—especially busy young moms and adults navigating fast-paced lifestyles. Emaku ensures its products are practical, time-saving, and supportive of a healthy diet.
To reflect this purpose, the packaging redesign aims to be more visually convincing and appealing, helping customers quickly identify Emaku as a go-to healthy option in stores.
